Payment & Fees

How do I pay for my stay?

We accept all payment forms including bank transfer, card payment, and cash. You can pay a deposit to secure your reservation and settle the balance before or on check-in, whichever works best for you.

Yes. A refundable caution fee of ₦100,000 is required at the time of booking. This is fully returned to you upon check-out, provided the apartment is in the same condition as when you arrived. It is simply our way of protecting the space for every guest.

None at all. Your nightly rate covers housekeeping, electricity, water, and high-speed WiFi. What you see is what you pay, no surprises at check-out.

Absolutely. Just let us know at the time of booking and we will provide a proper invoice or receipt for your records.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 12:00 noon and check-out is by 12:00 noon. This gives us the time we need to prepare the apartment to the standard you deserve.

Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. An additional fee applies. Please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The Apartments

Yes. Every ERA apartment is fully self-contained with its own private entrance. You will not share any space with other guests. Your apartment is entirely yours for the duration of your stay.

Yes, parking is available at all our apartments and it is completely free of charge.

Every ERA apartment has its own individual inverter for seamless power supply, and all apartments are also backed by a generator. Your comfort is never interrupted.

Each apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. This ensures every guest enjoys the space comfortably and as it was designed.

Housekeeping is provided daily as part of your stay. Beddings and towels are changed every 3 days or sooner if needed. Additional cleaning is available upon request.

We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not permitted in any of our apartments. This is to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, allergen-free environment throughout their stay.

Bookings & Cancellations

We welcome stays from just 1 night. Whether you need a single night of rest or a longer escape, ERA is ready to host you.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund. We recommend reaching out to us directly if your plans change and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Not all events are permitted. If you are planning a gathering, please discuss the details with our team before booking. A refundable events deposit of ₦250,000 is required and approval is subject to the nature of the event. We want every guest and every neighbour to have a peaceful experience.
